There are many times that I wonder where my son came from. I don't know where he got his personality from or his spunk. He's two parts comedian, three parts wonderfully sweet and a dash of hysterical thrown in for good measure. Lately, he's hit a wall. He is at the point where he's picking up words by the dozen, but he still can't express himself well enough to get his point across. So, he has resorted to saying his handful of words emphatically, dramatically, powerfully, and a lot of other adverbs. The bottom line though, he speaks like a man from the "old country." In a little more descriptive terms, Todd says he speaks with his hands like an old Italian man playing bocce ball

I want something, but I need your attention first. So I'm going to throw my hands up to get your attention...

I will vent my frustrations at not knowing the words to express, "I don't like walking on these uneven wooden slats," with THIS emphatic gesture to let you know that you SHOULD KNOW THIS STUFF!!!

When my brilliant miming skills go unnoticed, I will then throw this move in conjunction with a rather whiny-sounding, "Noooooo!!!!!!"

Please, please understand me people! I'm begging.

Why doesn't anyone in this place understand English!?!?!

Oh Cooper Nash! You are such your own little person. Surrounded by girls, you must resort to any measure to get yourself heard. You are hysterical, my little grandson!~ I can't wait to get my hands on you and squeeze you. You sure give this Grammy lots to smile and giggle about. tee-hee!
Aaaw, poor thing... but be sure to enter him for drama school, as he is going to be a famous actor when he grows up!
This was the laugh I needed during 6th hour today! THANK YOU!
